Since coming back from the summer break you’ll have noticed the new range of restaurants that have popped up all over Lincoln! This article will highlight a few of our top picks and help you decide which ones to add to your bucket list before graduation!

Cupp

Opening in late September, Cupp is the newest bubble tea shop to hit the Lincoln High Street, this place is situated next to Santander in the centre of town and really stands out due to its dairy free options not found in other bubble tea shops! They have an amazing and unique drinks selection, along with space for you to sit and have a chat or work inside, making it a brilliant place to try out and treat yourself after a long day at uni! Along with their usual menu, they bring in limited edition drinks to keep you coming back for more with their current one being salt or sweet toffee popcorn, a perfect addition to those cosy winter nights. Don’t forget your stamp card!

Little Korea

Another new place is Little Korea, previously the much loved takeaway Bab to Go, this has now been converted and with a 4.6 star rating this is a brilliant option for those wanting to try an authentic Korean BBQ. Korean BBQ is a popular method in Korean cuisine of grilling meant, you do this yourself at your table, making it a fun and unique date night activity. This is a family-owned business which makes this even better!

Three Joes Sourdough Pizza

Three Joes Sourdough Pizza specialise in wood-fired sourdough pizza, craft beer, cocktails and milkshakes, making it a great option whether you drink or not! Located in the Cornhill Quarter across from 200* Degrees coffee shop, they’re currently serving a limited-edition Christmas menu with pizza toppings including a Christmas roast, brie and cranberry and smoked applewood and kale. These wild toppings make it a brilliant one to try if you’re wanting something out of the ordinary for your flat Christmas dinner this year!

Franco Manca

Another pizza place to add to your bucket list is Franco Manca sourdough pizza! Located at 294 High Street, close to The Works, you’ll find authentic Italian pizza straight from Napoli! Their menu is fairly priced with student discount on top and along with a range of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options this will suit everyone. Moreover they include daily changing specials so it’s perfect if you’re wanting to try something niche!

Naked Marshmallow Co.

The Naked Marshmallow company is the newest addition on this list! Situated close to the cathedral at 41 Steep Hill you’ll have to work for this chocolatey treat. However, you’ll be rewarded with an amazing selection of hot and iced chocolate drinks, tea and coffee along with a browse amongst their retail range too. They also have special melted chocolate taps guaranteed to make you drool! All of their products are 100% natural, free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives and handmade in the UK! Making this an excellent choice for those who want to shop small this Christmas, as you can also order via their website for long-distance family or friends!
